D9.3 Hard copy publications:

Promotional material in A4 or A3 or A2 sizes will disseminate overview information on project objectives, methodologies, activities, outcomes, and partnership. The information will be designed for a wide audience and will be disseminated to exhibitions, conferences, presentations, and other contacts as the opportunities arise. The goal of the document will be to provide adequate information so that readers can get a good understanding of the project in a concise manner.

The material will be available in electronic form on the BRIDGES project portal and will be printable. In addition, it will be printed for dissemination at conferences and other events.

Journal articles will be printed by the aquaculture press and digital copies provided for posting on the BRIDGES web site.

A logo concept has been developed as a resource for BRIDGES with two different editions of the main logo and four sub-logos for the four pillars of the project, Collaboration, Learning Outcomes, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Here are also examples of how the logos can be used:

D1.2 Partner Agreements
Documented agreements between consortium partners and the lead organisation describing each partners’ specific role and responsibilities, signed off by both parties.

Each of these documents will be in printed form in two copies, one for the coordinator and one for each co-beneficiary, and will be signed in ink by the legal representatives of the corresponding organizations. The documents aim to facilitate smooth consortium collaboration by outlining responsibilities of each, information on the estimated budget/grant, and the contribution of the co-beneficiary, bank information for grant transfers, a grant instalment plan and procedures, reporting and conflict resolution procedures. The documents will be prepared and signed once the Grant Agreement has been signed between the coordinator and the Commission administrative agencies.

D1.3 Meeting Minutes
The meetings will be held as indicated below, supported by ICT and Skype for Business tools, to ensure the delivery of project outputs and to minimise travel. The meeting agenda, papers and action minutes will be produced by the nominated chair for each meeting. The lead partner will chair and lead both the Management Board and Technical Board. Work Package leaders will chair Work Package meetings.

All meetings in the meetings calendar will be recorded in an action minute format, allocating responsibilities to tasks to ensure the accountability of all partners. The minutes will act as a reference on partner discussions and decisions, including intermediate implementation goals, results of internal evaluation processes, proposals on the implementation of sub-tasks and potential difficulties arising during implementation.

The plan is to use the video system Skype for Business in many meetings, thus reducing the environmental footprint of the project.

A documented process defining the roles and responsibilities of all partners and the project management, continuity management, document control and conflict resolution processes. These protocols will be adopted and applied throughout the project.

The document will address consortium partners. Given that it will include information related to internal administrative and financial reporting the document will be restricted to project participants (including Commission services and project reviewers). It will be printable and available on the project web site in a restricted area.

This growth in fish production must be achieved efficiently, alongside high standards of fish welfare and the mitigation of environmental impact. This necessitates an upgrading of. workforce skills and qualifications through the deployment of more innovative and accessible work-based learning. systems that can fully motivate and support staff development and the attainment of nationally recognised qualifications that are respected by industry.
